Team First: Lessons of a Tech Lead

Leadership is critical for the success of the team and, ultimately, the company. More importantly, practicing Leadership is inherently valuable to the practitioner.

Based on my studies of great authors on Stoicism, Human Nature and Leadership, as well as my real-world experiences as a Technical Lead at two companies, I wrote this book.

In it, I put forward five principles that I believe are critical for Technical Leads to practice.
